Connie Santana

Connie Santana currently serves as the Health, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Operational Lead for the Digestive Health Institute at Hartford HealthCare, a position held since September 2022, while also acting as an ambassador for the SOMOS Colleague Resource Group. In addition to this role, Connie is the Treasurer for NALHE Tri-State since February 2023 and previously worked as a Surgical Quality Program Manager at Hartford HealthCare from June 2019 to June 2022, and as a Surgical Clinical Reviewer focusing on Quality and Patient Safety. Prior experience includes serving as a Surgical Weight Loss Coordinator and Patient Access Representative at Clara Maass Medical Center from August 2012 to February 2019. Connie Santana holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Quinnipiac University and completed studies at Bloomfield College.
