James Ray

James Ray is currently the Director of Budget & Financial Planning at Hartford HealthCare, starting with the company in October 2013. Prior to that, James was the Director of Accounting & Taxation at ECHN from December 2004 to October 2013. Before holding that position, James worked at Hartford Hospital as the Manager of Corporate Accounting & Tax from July 1989 to December 2004. James holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Hartford, as well as a B.S. in Business Administration from the same institution. Additionally, James has a Certificate in EMT from Bristol Hospital and Tunxis Community College.
