Karen Goyette

Karen Goyette is currently the Senior Vice President of Strategy & System Integration at Hartford HealthCare. Karen has held this position since September 2012. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at Hartford Hospital from October 2009 to September 2012. Before their time at Hartford Hospital, they were the Vice President of Administration and Business Development at MidState Medical Center from January 2008 to September 2009.

Karen Goyette has dedicated their career to developing and marketing strategies for healthcare organizations. Karen is an expert in the field, and their experience has been invaluable to their current organization. Under their leadership, Hartford HealthCare has seen significant growth and success.

After receiving their Bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut, Karen Goyette pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Rensselaer at Work.

Karen Goyette reports to Jeffrey Flaks, President & Chief Operating Officer. They work with Amanda Richards - EVP & Chief Nursing Officer, Mark Alberts - Physician-in-Chief, Hartford HealthCare Neuroscience Institute, and Daniel McIntyre - Senior Vice President, Northwest Region President.
