Kristie Scott

Kristie Scott began their career in social work and has since climbed the ranks to hold executive positions in healthcare organizations. With a strong background in clinical operations and social work, Kristie currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Hartford HealthCare and as the CEO of Perception Programs, Inc. Prior to these roles, Kristie served as the Director of Social Work at Natchaug Hospital, where Kristie oversaw operations of adult and child inpatient units. Kristie holds a Master's Degree in Social Work with a focus on Policy and Planning from the University of Connecticut.
