Richard Sloan

Richard Sloan is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Network Engineer at Hartford HealthCare since August 2022, Richard previously held positions as a Senior Network Analyst and Network Engineer at Trinity Health Of New England from February 2016 to August 2022. Prior to that, Richard worked at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in various support roles, including Senior Desktop Support Analyst and Desktop Support Analyst, providing Tier III support and collaborating with application and systems administration teams on upgrades and projects. Richard began the IT career as an IT Contractor at Flexible Business Systems, focusing on troubleshooting and PC deployment projects.
