Theresa Buss

Theresa Buss is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in employee benefits, HR operations, and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President, Employee Benefits and Services at Hartford HealthCare since 2013, Theresa has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Vice President HR Operations and Regional Vice President Human Resources. Prior to joining Hartford HealthCare, Theresa spent thirteen years at The William W. Backus Hospital, progressing from Staffing Specialist to Vice President, Human Resources & Organizational Development. Theresa holds a degree from the University of Connecticut.
