Vivian Pereda

Vivian Pereda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and process improvement within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of CampusCare Operations at Hartford HealthCare since January 2017, Vivian also holds roles as Lean Sensei and Senior H3W Process Improvement Facilitator. Prior experience includes positions as Project Engineer and Inspection Supervisor at PCX Aerostructures and Quality Engineer at SPX, where responsibilities encompassed designing inspection methods and ensuring compliance with regulations. Vivian earned a Master of Science in Technology Management from Central Connecticut State University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering for Manufacturing from the University of Connecticut.
