Robert M. Stanko

Robert Stanko serves as Executive Vice President and General Manager at Hartford Technologies, where responsibilities include total P&L management for a global supplier of rolling elements and custom bearing assembly solutions across multiple industries. Stanko also holds a position on the Board of Directors for Bead Industries and its subsidiaries. As a member of Vistage International since 2005, Stanko engages with senior executives through private advisory boards. Previous roles include Director of Business Development and Global Business Unit Manager at Black & Decker, as well as President of Optimum Electronics Corp, where Stanko led the manufacturing of network security hardware and software products, achieving significant international growth and a successful IPO. Stanko earned an MBA from the University of New Haven from 1984 to 1986.
