Andrei Diaconeasa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and assurance within the automotive sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Quality Manager at HARTING RO AUTOMOTIVE SRL since November 2010, Andrei Diaconeasa is responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO TS 16949:2009 standards while maintaining the company's certification. Previously, Andrei Diaconeasa held roles as a Quality Engineer at S.C EUROFOAM S.R.L and as an FES Audit & Conformity Engineer at S.C Faurecia Talmaciu S.R.L, focusing on the preparation and maintenance of quality management systems. Andrei Diaconeasa holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universitatea “Lucian Blaga” Sibiu and an Engineer's degree in the textile industry from the same institution.
