Lucas Knapp

Lucas Knapp has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lucas currently works as the Vice President of Product and Marketing at HARTING since July 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Fortive from 2018 to 2022, including Vice President & General Manager for Medical Physics and Global Marketing at Fluke Health. At Rexnord, they served as the Global Director of Strategic Marketing and later as the Director of Strategy and Business Development in the Aerospace Division. Earlier in their career, at L.E.K. Consulting, they worked as a Consultant, and at Caterpillar Inc., they held positions such as Corporate Growth Strategy Advisor, Senior Engineer for Product Quality, and New Product Development Engineer in Control Systems.

Lucas Knapp completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign during the period of 2000-2005. Lucas further pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with concentrations in Marketing, Finance, and Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2010-2013.
