Tatjana Metzger

Tatjana Metzger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and human resources. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at HARTING Technology Group since September 2024, Tatjana previously held multiple roles at Deloitte Switzerland from March 2016 to May 2024, including Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Tatjana commenced the career at Philip Morris International as an HR Services Executive between September 2012 and April 2015, where responsibilities included advising on personnel, labor, and constitutional issues. Additionally, Tatjana gained foundational experience at KPMG as a Graduand & working student, focusing on the impact of career paths in Shared Service Organizations, and supported the Industrial & Organizational Psychology department at the University of Central Florida. Tatjana's academic background includes a Diploma in Social Sciences from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and a degree in General Management from IAE de Poitiers.
