Travis R. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Travis is currently working at the HARTING Technology Group as the Vice President - Supply Chain: Americas. In this role, they are responsible for leading the supply chain activities and serving as the representative for the Americas to the Global Supply Chain functions. Prior to this, Travis held roles such as Senior Sourcing Manager and Purchasing Manager at Amsted Automotive, where they focused on process improvement, supplier management, and cost savings. Travis also served as the Managing Director - North America at Avancon North America Corp, where they oversaw all market activities and developed the organizational infrastructure. Travis has experience in supply chain management, infrastructure improvements, contract negotiations, and team development.

Travis R. holds an Executive Certificate in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, which they obtained in 2022. Travis also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Texas A&M University-Commerce, which they completed in 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management with a focus on Business and Communication from the University of Phoenix in 2011. Additionally, in 2011, they completed a 30 Hour OHSA Course in Construction Safety and Health from OHSA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
