Kathryn Waites

Kathryn Waites has extensive experience in social care, currently serving as a Quality Officer and previously as a Social Care Officer at Hartlepool Borough Council since May 2007. Additionally, Kathryn has been an Administrator at West Hartlepool RFC since September 1997. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from The Open University, obtained between 2014 and 2018, and previous education from Teesside University and Brierton Comprehensive School.
