Stephanie Bell

Stephanie Bell has extensive experience in urban planning and community engagement, currently serving as a Senior Planning Officer at Hartlepool Borough Council since November 2018, following roles as a Planning Officer and Graduate Planning Assistant. Previous experience includes volunteering with Coxhoe Parish Council to support strategic planning efforts and conducting research at 63336 Limited. Stephanie has also worked in various customer service and account management roles, including positions at Norwich Union Insurance Limited, RAC, and William Hill. Stephanie holds a Master’s Degree in Town Planning from Newcastle University, alongside other qualifications in Computing, Politics, and Spanish from The Open University and Bangor University.
