Christine Twele

Christine Twele is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Serving as Chief of Staff and Managing Director of People and Change Services at Hartman Executive Advisors since 2006, Christine focuses on implementing strategic initiatives and ensuring operational alignment to foster talent development. As Chief People Officer, the emphasis is placed on hiring, onboarding, and enhancing employee engagement through innovative programs. Christine also specializes in Change Management and Team Development and has a background in IT consulting with Andersen Consulting. Prior to Hartman, Christine presided over the School Board at Our Lady of Perpetual Help School and owned Fitness Works of Southwest Florida. Christine holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland.
