Rodney Graves

Rodney Graves is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in information security leadership. Currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer at Hartman Executive Advisors since February 2024, Rodney previously held the same role at GBMC HealthCare for nine years, where responsibilities also included positions as Cyber Security Manager, Cyber Security Specialist, and Network Engineer. Rodney's earlier career includes positions as Windows Administrator at Brown Advisory, Systems Specialist at Motionsoft, Software Development and Support at Conexion LLC, and Software Developer at Open Path Products. Rodney holds a Master of Professional Studies in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and both a Bachelor of Science in Entertainment Business and an Associate of Science in Game Design and Development from Full Sail University.
