Andrea Afua Kwamya is a seasoned Consumer Insights Consultant at The Hartman Group, with a diverse background in strategic communication and research. As the Founder of Black Girl on Mars Insights, Kwamya leverages expertise in insights consultancy. In addition to these roles, Kwamya serves as a mentor for the HBCU Communication Fellowship and an Associate Faculty member at Columbia University in various communication courses.
