Scott Evans

Scott Evans currently serves as the Base Metals Trading and Refined Metals Business Leader at Hartree Partners since July 2023. Prior to this role, Scott co-founded and served as CEO at Waybridge from 2019 to 2023, where a digital solution for the commodities supply chain was developed specifically for non-ferrous metals. Additional experience includes advisory board membership at ICD Group International, co-founding Concord Resources Limited, and holding roles at Noble Group and Goldman Sachs, where the physical metals trading desk was established. Scott's background in trading also includes significant time at Mitsubishi International Corporation. Academically, Scott holds a Master's degree in Regional Studies from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Russian from Swarthmore College.
