Monique Dyer

Monique Dyer is an experienced HR Coordinator at Hartt Transportation Systems since March 2018, bringing a solid background in finance and payroll management. Prior to this role, Monique served as a General Ledger Accountant at Emera Maine for 12 years, where key responsibilities included daily bank statement reconciliations and month-end closing processes. Monique also held positions at Emera Maine as a Payroll Specialist, overseeing payroll for over 400 employees and implementing new payroll systems, and as a Receptionist, where administrative support and document preparation were primary duties. Additional experience includes independent consulting with The Pampered Chef, and roles at Bangor Federal Credit Union as both a Collections Assistant and Bank Teller. Monique holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Accounting from Husson University and has completed relevant education at Northern Maine Community College and St. John Valley Technology Center.
