Saranya Madhavan

Saranya Madhavan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Coordinator for People and Culture at Yield Engineering Systems since April 2024. Prior to this role, Saranya worked at POWERsonic Industries from November 2021 to April 2024, progressing from Global HR & Admin Executive to Global HR Executive, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, talent acquisition, payroll, and performance management among other HR functions. Previous roles include working as a Project Assistant at Bharathiar University and as an Assistant Professor in Management Studies at Nehru College of Management. Saranya began a career in the industry with an internship at ROOTS INDUSTRIES INDIA LIMITED. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HRM and Operations Management from the Central University of Tamil Nadu and a BE in EEE from Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology.
