Tiina Sell

Tiina Sell is a seasoned sales and commercial leader with extensive experience in the retail and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Sales Director at Hartwall since September 2022, Tiina oversees the Retail & Export business. Previous roles include Head of Finland, Denmark & Baltics at Upfield and Managing Director at Mondelēz International. Tiina held key positions at Fazer, including Commercial Director and Director of Go To Market and Sales Development, where responsibilities encompassed sales team leadership and P&L management. Tiina's career also includes significant roles at The Coca-Cola Company, managing various commercial teams and optimizing product portfolios, as well as a tenure at L'Oreal Finland as Product Group Manager. Tiina holds a degree from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu.
