Benjamin Eilerman has extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering management, currently serving as Plant Manager and previously as Maintenance & Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Hartzell Air Movement since May 2019. Prior to this role, Benjamin worked at Norcold Corp as Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor and Manufacturing Engineer from January 2017 to May 2019. Benjamin's career also includes positions as Supervisor and Manufacturing Engineer at Midmark Corporation from March 2012 to January 2017, Project Engineer at O-I from August 2011 to March 2012, and Project Engineering Co-Op at Cargill from January 2009 to September 2010. Benjamin Eilerman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering from The Ohio State University, earned between 2006 and 2011.
