Joshua Solberg

Joshua Solberg is an accomplished attorney with significant experience in employment law. Currently serving as an attorney at Hartzog Conger Cason since March 2023, Joshua previously worked at McAfee & Taft from July 2013 to March 2023, where responsibilities included first-chair management of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge cases in various judicial settings. Joshua has represented employers in matters related to federal and state laws, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Joshua's background also includes serving as in-house counsel for Samson Resources from May 2012 to July 2013, focusing on employment litigation and policy development.
