Dr. Tony Lee, DBA, MBA, currently serves as a Talent Carver at Carving Top Talent Limited since August 2009, where the focus is on delivering results-oriented business solutions through people development. In addition, Dr. Lee has been a Moderator at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning since January 2018 and a Master Facilitator/Consultant at Wilson Learning China since 2006. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Business Administration from Hong Kong Baptist University, specializing in the causality effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) by abusive supervision, an MBA in Management Information Systems and China Business from Schulich School of Business - York University, an MBA Exchange Program in Strategic China Business from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), and a Bachelor of Science with Specialization in Applied Mathematics from the University of Alberta.
