Moderator And Principal Learning Parner at Harvard Business Publishing

Enrique Kramer has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Enrique began their career in 1984 as the Chief Controller at Boehringer Ingelheim. From 1988 to 1991, they worked as a Manager at PwC. In 1998, they joined Universidad ORT Uruguay as the Coordinador Académico de Gerencia, where they have been coordinating academic management for nearly 25 years. In 2004, they were a Visiting Professor at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and also served as an Advisor at r-pac International. Since 2012, they have been a Moderator and Principal Learning Partner at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, providing participant-centered blended programs and developing detailed learning programs.

Enrique Kramer's education history includes attending IESE Business School from 1982 to 1984. Enrique also studied at FCEA - Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y de Administración from 1975 to 1981, where they obtained a degree in Contador Público - Licenciado en Administración. In addition, they have obtained a certification as HBP Certified Senior Moderator from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in 2020.
