Alexandra Schweitzer

Alexandra Schweitzer is an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School since July 2022, focusing on the drivers of success in social determinants of health (SDOH) initiatives through publishing and presenting case studies. Currently serving as Associate Faculty at Ariadne Labs, Alexandra co-leads an SDOH Affinity Group dedicated to shared learning. From January 2020 to January 2023, Alexandra was a Consultant at Commonwealth Care Alliance, where strategic development of an enterprise-wide SDOH strategy was supported. Prior roles include Senior Fellow at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government at Harvard Kennedy School, concentrating on health-related social needs, and Consultant at Community Care Cooperative, enhancing complex care programs and launching SDOH initiatives. Alexandra holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in English and American Literature from Brandeis University.
