Emily Rodriguez

Emily Rodriguez is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in elementary academics and leadership development. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at KIPP Massachusetts since August 2012, Emily has held various roles including Managing Director of Elementary Academics and Director of Leadership Development. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Literacy at Explore Schools, Founding Principal at Success Academy Charter Schools, and Academic Director and Dean of Students at Explore Schools. Emily began a teaching career at Ada Lewis Middle School and I.S. 59. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Education from Queens College and studies at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Miami.
