Lee Kaplan

Co-taught, Elite Athlete Healthcare: Scalable Lessons For All, IP at Harvard Business School

Lee Kaplan currently serves as an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School, where responsibilities include co-teaching a course on elite athlete healthcare. Since April 2013, Lee has been the Director of the UHealth Sports Performance and Wellness Institute while also holding the position of Chief of UHealth Sports Medicine and Medical Director and Head Team Physician at the University of Miami Hospital and University of Miami Athletics, respectively, since July 2008. Lee previously served as Medical Director for the Miami Marlins from February 2009 to November 2021. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University, a Doctor of Medicine from The George Washington University, and a Master's in Health Care Management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
