MacLaine Fields

Maclaine Fields is currently an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School, having begun in August 2024. Prior to this, Maclaine held roles including Blueprint Investor Track at Dorm Room Fund and Senior Strategy Extern at lululemon, where involvement was on secondment from McKinsey & Company. With extensive experience at McKinsey & Company from October 2020 to August 2024, Maclaine served as a Senior Business Analyst and a McKinsey Global Institute Research Fellow, focusing on the impact of the pandemic on retail real estate. Maclaine's background includes being a Teaching Fellow for an introductory economics course at Harvard University, where course materials centered on the application of big data in addressing social issues. Previous internships include positions at Sparta Science, Chinatown Community Development Center, Opportunity Insights, and the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics, showcasing a strong foundation in data science, research, and policy analysis. Maclaine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Global Health and Health Policy, and Chinese from Harvard University, completed in 2020.
