Nuno Rosa is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in optimizing business processes and driving improvements across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Harvard Business School since June 2024, Nuno is dedicated to leveraging information for effective decision-making. Previously, Nuno held a similar role at The Francis Crick Institute, focusing on technology-enabled service design, and contributed to UCL's ISD departments by analyzing and modeling business processes. Nuno's career began with a role at Croydon Council within the Transformation of Children Services team, promoting business change. Nuno has also operated internationally as a Business Owner, specializing in Law and Business, and provided academic insights as an invited professor at Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa. Nuno holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from UCL and has qualifications in Translation and Private Law from respective Portuguese institutions.
