Shannon Roche

Shannon Roche possesses a robust background in operations and private equity, currently serving in an operations role at Offstream (YC S24) as of August 2024. As an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School from 2022 to 2024, Shannon has previously completed a Private Equity Summer MBA at Brookfield Renewable and worked at TPG from 2021 to 2022 within The Rise Fund, which manages $15 billion in assets focused on impact investing across climate, education, healthcare, and financial inclusion. Earlier experience includes a tenure as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from 2019 to 2021. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Human & Organizational Development and Economics from Vanderbilt University.
