Previously, Michelle has held various senior management roles, including Senior Operations Manager for both the ECG Core Lab and Clinical Review and Safety at the Baim Institute, and has a long tenure at the Harvard Clinical Research Institute. Michelle's career began at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where foundational roles such as Administrator and Secretary were undertaken. Over the years, Michelle has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in clinical research operations, data management, and educational roles within the clinical research field.
