Denise Frank

Denise Frank has been working for ELM Companies since January 2021 as the Manager of Administrative Services. Prior to that, Denise worked at ELM Utility Services from January 2012 to January 2021, holding the position of Office Manager. Before their time at ELM Utility Services, Denise served as an Executive Assistant at the Child Development Center from July 1993 to January 2012.
