Julia Belva

Julia Belva has over two decades of experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at the Harvard Club of New York since September 2012. Prior to this role, Julia held the position of Director of Human Resources at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from January 2000 to 2003 and served in the same capacity at The Mark Hotel from 1995 to 2000. Julia's career in human resources began as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at The Four Seasons Hotel from 1992 to 1995 and at the New York Vista Hotel from 1989 to 1992. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from SUNY at Oneonta, NY.
