Lorna Hughes has had a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lorna is currently the Managing Director of PR & AR at Harvard since June 2021. Prior to that, they held positions as Director, Associate Director, Account Director, and Senior Account Manager at different companies, where they worked with media and tech brands to develop brand narrative, execute campaigns, and gain brand awareness.
Lorna also has experience in mentoring as a Mentor at lollipop mentoring CIC. Lorna has served as an Environment Champion at the Royal Borough of Greenwich and as a Future Player Ambassador at The Youth Group, where they focused on improving opportunities for young people. Additionally, Lorna has served as a Trustee at Upstart Theatre and as a Chime Innovate Youth Board Member at Chime Communications plc.
Lorna started their career as a Features Writer at County Times & Express and has held positions as a PR Account Manager at Spark Communications and as a PR Consultant at Champion Communications. Lorna began their career as an Account Executive at LEWIS PR.
Lorna Hughes attended Loughborough University from 2004 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature.
