Elaine Ye Wang is a Glaucoma Specialist at Harvard Eye Associates since August 2019, with expertise in glaucoma, cataracts, and the medical, laser, and surgical management of glaucoma. Previous experience includes a Glaucoma Fellowship at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute and an ophthalmology residency at Stein Eye Institute UCLA, where the last year of residency was completed as PGY-4. Elaine's extensive medical background includes an internship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, medical training at Duke University School of Medicine, and a research fellowship in glaucoma at UCSF VISION CENTER. Earlier career experience includes roles as an analyst at Platform Advisors, LLP, a research analyst at Standard & Poor's, and research positions at The Rockefeller University and Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. Elaine holds a Doctor of Medicine from Duke University School of Medicine and a BA/BS in Cell Developmental Biology and Economics from the University of Rochester.
