Joe Lawlor J.d.

Joe Lawlor, J.D. has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Joe currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Field Human Resources at Harvard Maintenance since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Five Star Senior Living from January 2021 to September 2021. Joe also held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at the same company from September 2018 to January 2021.

Before joining Five Star Senior Living, Joe Lawlor worked at Sodexo from 2013 to 2018, where they held various leadership positions. These include the roles of Vice President of Human Resources, North America, PHS, Comfort Keepers from September 2014 to June 2018, and Vice President of Human Resources, US & Canada, PHS, Circles from January 2013 to December 2014.

Joe Lawlor also gained valuable experience at WinnCompanies, where they served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources and HR Business Partner at the Boston Bruins from 2006 to 2011.

Joe Lawlor, J.D. attended Suffolk University Law School from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree with a specialization in Employment Law. In 1984, they started their undergraduate studies at UMass Boston and completed them in 1988. In 2015, Joe Lawlor participated in the Digital Transformation Program at Rutgers Business School. Additionally, in December 1994, they acquired the certification of Attorney from the Massachusetts Bar Association.
