Davene R. Wright

Davene R. Wright, PhD, serves as the Interim Director of the Division of Child Health Policy and Research (CHeRP) at the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute since September 2019 and as an Associate Professor of Population Medicine. With a strong focus on decision science methods for enhancing pediatric chronic disease management, Davene has held various academic positions, including Associate Director and Assistant Professor at the Division of Child Health Research and Policy. Davene also contributes to Harvard Medical School as a faculty member and is involved in editorial and trustee roles within professional organizations. Davene's education includes a PhD in Health Policy & Decision Sciences from Harvard University, complemented by a BS in Polymer & Fiber Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
