Mrs. Doobin is the Owner and CEO of Harvard Services Group, a WBE certified, leading janitorial services provider who strives to be the most transparent, metrics-based service provider in the industry. With private, family ownership, our team works for our clients, not quarterly results. Harvard Services Group is proud to be socially responsible and sustainable, as we are a part of a select few Building Service Contractors to be awarded both Green Seal GS-42 and CIMS-Green Building certifications.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Nathalie spent her career leading teams, building brands and driving innovation globally for Fortune 500 companies. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (Montreal, QC), an Executive MBA from University of Quebec, is in the process of becoming a BSCAI – Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE), has completed Carnegie Mellon’s Insider Threat program and she is a Private Detective.

In addition to being recently featured in Forbes Magazines’ 2015 Most Powerful Women issue, Mrs. Doobin has been recognized as Enterprising Women of the Year by Enterprising Women Magazine, Top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneurs & Business Owners in NJ, and Best 50 Business Women in NJ. Harvard Services Group was honored to receive the 2014 BSCAI Safety Award and has been named a Top 500 Diversity Business in the US for years.

Mrs. Doobin is proud to be the Vice Chairman of The Hygieia Network, which advocates for women and helps combat illiteracy in the janitorial industry. She is also a member of Women’s President Organization (WPO), the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), and ISSA – The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association.

Mrs. Doobin is a U.S. Building Service Contractor Association (BSCAI) Board Member, and an XPrize Innovation Board Member. Nathalie and her husband Stan contribute to multiple charities, including Big Brothers-Big Sisters and the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
