Kelly Tung

Kelly Tung currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Fulfillment Manager at Harvard Student Agencies, overseeing e-commerce operations for The Harvard Shop and leading a team of over 15 Web Fulfillment Associates. Responsibilities include coding a fitted size guide, reducing stockout rates, and managing logistics for the buy online, pick up in store program. Additionally, Kelly is a Generative AI Researcher at Harvard University, participating in the 2024 Generative AI Research Program, and works as Community Director and Software Engineer for Harvard Women in Computer Science. As a Sourcing Analyst for Harvard Undergraduate Capital Partners and a Sourcing Specialist for the Harvard Undergraduate Data Analytics Group, Kelly engages in client outreach and data analysis projects. Previous experience includes a role as a UX Designer for HCS Tech for Social Good, where Kelly enhanced user experiences for an environmental AI application. Kelly is pursuing a degree at Harvard University from September 2023 to June 2027.
