Charisma Chen

Charisma Chen is an accomplished individual currently serving as the Freshman Week Coordinator for Crimson Key Society since December 2022. With prior experience as an Associate and Analyst at Harvard College Consulting Group from September 2022 to September 2023, Charisma was part of a highly selective team, effectively developing outreach techniques for a major financial services company and analyzing marketing strategies within the financial sector. Charisma is pursuing a degree at Harvard University, where attendance began in August 2022, following a strong academic foundation from Westridge School and participation in notable programs such as Pioneer Academics at Oberlin College and the University of Chicago's Exploring Frontiers Summer Session. Charisma is also actively involved in the Wharton Global Youth Program since June 2021.
