Jennifer Cohen

Jennifer Cohen currently serves as the Interim CEO and Director of Real Estate Development at Harvard Allston Land Company, a position held since May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Real Estate Development at MassDevelopment from January 2021 to May 2023, and Vice President of Real Estate Transactions Services at New York City Economic Development Corporation from March 2017 to December 2020, where significant projects included the redevelopment of Willets Point and the financial analysis for the Sunnyside Yard master plan. Jennifer also held roles at Walker & Dunlop, CW Financial Services LLC, Auction.com, Cantor & Pecorella, Incorporated, and Newmark Knight Frank, accumulating extensive experience in real estate finance, project management, and market research. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Environmental Studies from Barnard College, Columbia University, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation.
