Samika Jain

Samika Jain is currently a Graduate Student at Harvard University pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate, having begun studies in August 2023. Prior experience includes a Summer Associate role at MSquared from June 2024 to August 2024, and Portfolio Management at Tishman Speyer from November 2021 to May 2023. Previous positions encompass Strategy Consultant roles at EY, where Samika served as Strategy Consultant II and I from August 2020 to November 2021, and a Research Assistant role at NYU Stern School of Business from October 2019 to April 2020. Additional experience includes internships at Skyline AI, Hudson Advisors L.P., Tishman Speyer, and JLL. Samika holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Computing & Data Science from NYU Stern School of Business, alongside a minor in Urban Planning and Architectural Studies from NYU College of Arts and Science, and an AISSCE from Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram.
