Shana Wagner

Shana Wagner serves as the Director of Operations at Harvard Student Agencies, the largest student-run company globally, since March 2023. Wagner has extensive experience in higher education administration, having worked in admissions at Harvard University from 2008 to 2021 and in student services at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health from 2003 to 2008. Earlier career experience includes a role in marketing, public relations, and operations at Vantage Deluxe World Travel from 2000 to 2001. Shana Wagner holds a Master's degree and a Graduate Certificate from Harvard University, as well as an Advanced Certificate in Hospitality Revenue Management from Cornell University, and completed high school at The Galloway School.
