April Cantwell

April Cantwell is currently the Director of Key Client Accounts and People Science at Harver and the Director of Global People Science in the Americas. Prior to Harver, April held the title of VP of Consulting Services at Outmatch and FurstPerson. With a background in industrial/organizational psychology, April has extensive experience in talent measurement consulting, research projects, and designing business solutions to drive performance and innovation. April has a Ph.D. and M.S. in Psychology from North Carolina State University.
