Cindy Santilena, CCIM has a wealth of experience in the commercial lending industry. Cindy'smost recent role was as a Senior Vice President, Business Development at Harvest, a nationwide direct lender specializing in SBA and conventional mortgages for owner-occupied commercial properties. Prior to this, they were a VP Business Development at Celtic Bank and VP Business Development, SBA Lending at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Cindy also held the position of SVP / Business Development at TMC Financing and AVP / Loan Officer at Nevada State Development Corporation. Cindy began their career at Bank of America in financial services. Throughout their career, Cindy has consistently demonstrated their expertise in business development and SBA lending.

Cindy Santilena, CCIM obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics & International Business from the University of Nevada, Reno, from 1998 to 2001. In October 2013, they obtained the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) certification from the CCIM Institute.
