Todd Massas

Managing Director/chief Origination Officer at Harvest

Todd Massas has over 29 years of commercial banking and lending experience. From 1990 to 2000, they worked at Bank of America, where they became the top individual producer of loans nationwide and oversaw the growth of government guaranteed lending programs. Todd then joined Lehman Brothers/CNL Commercial Finance as a commercial loan officer, sourcing and processing commercial real estate loans. After six years, they became a nationwide top producer and received the Chairman's Award. In 2008, they joined Plaza Bank as the Senior VP and Group Manager of Commercial & SBA Lending, overseeing loan production and managing a team of business development officers. In 2016, they became the Managing Director and Chief Origination Officer at Harvest SBF, where they acquired an SBLC Non-Bank Lending license and developed a small balance commercial loan product.

Todd Massas received their high school diploma in General Studies from Torrey Pines High School between 1980 and 1983. Todd then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from San Diego State University, which they completed between 1983 and 1988. Later, from 2012 to 2014, Todd Massas attended Pacific Coast Bankers School and earned a Graduate Degree in Banking.
