Don Hillier

Don Hillier is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in financial leadership and executive recruiting. As the CEO and Managing Director of Harvest CFO LLC since 2010, Don has established the firm as a premier national executive recruiting agency specializing in CFO placements for private equity portfolio companies. Between 2003 and 2009, Don served as CFO and consultant for various publicly traded and privately held companies, focusing on corporate finance and strategic planning. Earlier roles include CFO at Summa Technologies and founder of Hillier Company, where Don advised management teams across diverse industries. Don's career began at KPMG and EY, where early promotions reflected strong capabilities in corporate tax and entrepreneurial services. Don holds an MBA in International Business and Corporate Finance from Duquesne University and a BBA in Accounting from Kent State University.
