Stephanie Stewart

Stephanie Stewart is the Senior People Operations Manager at Harvest. Stephanie has been with the company since June 2017 and in their current role for just over a year. Prior to Harvest, Stephanie was with Reconciled for four years, where they served as the Human Resource Director.

In their time with Reconciled, Stephanie was instrumental in developing a recruitment strategy that quadrupled the workforce of remote accountants and salespeople across multiple states. Stephanie also created and implemented a robust onboarding experience for remote employees. Stephanie gathered, analyzed, and reviewed data and metrics to drive the employee experience throughout the company and employee life cycle. In addition, they coached executive leaders to help them increase employee engagement. Stephanie also created environments (both physical and digital) to provide our distributed work force with a sense of community and connectedness. Stephanie dramatically improved the efficiency of our hiring process by leveraging technology (Spark Hire and an Applicant Tracking System) while still keeping it high-touch and personable. And they worked with our Director of Operations to refine our policies and procedures to reflect our culture and growth strategy.

Stephanie Stewart has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Central Michigan University and a Master of Arts in Religion - MAR from Northwest Nazarene University. Stephanie is certified by Workplaceless in Leadplaceless and by SHRM in SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
