As the founder of Stepup Baby, Emma identified a market need for high-quality children's furniture, successfully building the brand into a notable e-commerce business with accolades such as 'Amazon Best Seller' and 'Amazon Choice.' Emma also serves as a Board Advisor and investor for various start-ups, including Ezra Health, an AI-driven early-detection cancer screening initiative. Additionally, Emma founded and leads Harvest Digital, a prominent independent digital media agency recognized for delivering comprehensive digital strategies to a diverse range of clients over two decades. Earlier career experience includes managing digital campaigns at Hyperlink, one of the UK's pioneering digital agencies. Emma holds a BA in Geography from the University of Leeds.
